At Moovit, I led experiences that helped millions of people navigate everyday journeys; at Elastic and Skai, I led design for technical, data-intensive platforms. Across both, I’m drawn to the same challenge: helping people understand complex situations and act with confidence.

As a design leader, I help shape product vision by bringing user research and validation into strategic discussions, working through opportunities and constraints with Engineering, and aligning with Product on priorities — while pushing the boundaries of the product experience. I bring systems thinking, behavioral insight, and hands-on interaction design to connect workflows across products and make complex capabilities intuitive and lovable.

I’ve built, led, and developed design teams. My leadership spans individual development and team culture: coaching designers’ judgment, supporting career growth, and creating a highly collaborative environment. I help designers take ownership beyond execution, and build the confidence to influence product decisions — making design indispensable to the company’s success.
